The Business Familiarisation Program is an extension of the foundation program, with 3 main components being covered in detail. These components form the building blocks of a successful realtor.

ACD EVENTS MAKES US CLOSER AND STRONGER

Team camaraderie and dynamics are vital for any team's success. At ACD, besides mentoring, sharing and training sessions, leisure activities are regularly planned. These activities can be relaxing at the beach or singing karaoke together.  it is through these team activities that there is bonding and networking within the team.

Meeting and interacting with one another fosters closer ties among the team, thereby leading to sharing of information, knowledge and co-broking opportunities. With a strong and trusted network, ACD realtors are able to achieve more networking and co-broking opportunities in the dynamic market. 

 TESTIMONIALS 

After 1 full year of hard studying, I’ve finally passed my RES exams in Jul ’23 and I was looking for a manager to join within the Propnex Company. I first saw Andy Cheng from his Facebook post and also seen a few other managers on FB as well.

I’ve shortlisted and met with 6 different managers all from Propnex including Andy Cheng and I must admit I was undecided whether to join between Andy Cheng or another high performer experienced manager. What made me join Andy Cheng division is that he was not pushy and not just recruiting RES just for the sake of adding more team members. Another plus point for me personally being a brand-new RES it’s quite important not to join a very big group where the manager may not have time for you, but being in a close knitted family where you will get more attention as a brand-new RES.

From day 1 after joining the Andy Cheng division, I must say it’s an extremely good decision as I’ve closed my HDB deal within the first month and he even assisted in my OTP process because I was overseas during the closing deadline. With Andy’s guidance and support, I’ve also managed to achieve $100k within 6 months of joining the real estate industry which for me is a very good achievement personally.
