Andy started Andy Cheng District (ACD) with a vision to provide a close knit environment with full access to guidance, mentoring and sharing. Andy believes that no man is an island and by working with one another, all can achieve their respective successes. Hence, ACD's tagline, "As a team, we make a difference".

ACD comprises realtors form all walks of life, who are ever ready and willing to share their experience and knowledge. Having an open and sharing culture in a team is essential, given that the real estate industry in Singapore is always evolving. With a dynamic team, realtors are well positioned to leverage on the team's support to propel their careers.

With Andy's guidance and mentorship, a number of ACD members have become managers and are managing teams of their own under the ACD umbrella. Being a manager requires dedication and hard work, as one would need to juggle between their personal sales, managing their team and family. The end result is rewarding when you witness the development and performance of your teammates.

Andy believes that being a manager goes above and beyond coaching and training. Personal guidance and mentoring combined with bonding the team are vital. Hence, he grooms ACD managers to be personally committed and involved with their respective teams. This results in ACD leaders delivering the same quality of leadership and mentorship as Andy himself.

Celebrating the achievements of our Top Achievers 

The monthly appreciation lunch is a much anticipated gathering for the Top Achievers. The venue for the lunch is specially chosen by Andy for ACD's Top Achievers to relax and enjoy a tantalising meal, amidst the hustle and bustle of the real estate business.

Together with Andy, they have an opportunity to bond, network and share their experiences with one another. Learning and sharing with one another are the pillars of ACD.

Team camaraderie and dynamics are vital for any team's success. At ACD, besides mentoring, sharing and training sessions, leisure activities are regularly planned. These activities can be relaxing at the beach or singing karaoke together.  it is through these team activities that there is bonding and networking within the team.

Meeting and interacting with one another fosters closer ties among the team, thereby leading to sharing of creative marketing ideas, important information, latest developments and co-broking opportunities. With a strong and trusted network, ACD realtors are  able to achieve more networking and co-broking opportunities in the dynamic market.
