When he first started out, he focused on HDB transactions, thereafter progressing to Private Condominiums and then to the Landed segment. 

In the course of his real estate work, Andy realised that he can help other realtors to achieve their breakthroughs and succeed. Hence, he started Andy Cheng District with the view to changing the lives of like-minded realtors for a better future!

Andy is well versed in representing buyers, sellers and landlords for their respective real estate transactions. The Singapore Estate Agents' Association (SEAA) is an organisation that represents real estate agents in Singapore. From 2020, SEAA has been recognising the efforts of indinvidual salespersons for their stellar performance.

Andy has been receiving the Platinum Salesperson Achievement Award annually since the inception of the awards in 2020. This consistent recognition from the real estate industry is testament of Andy's commitment, integrity and professionalism to all his clients.

Andy has been featured on PropNex ICONS Magazine, Lianhe Zaobao and Edgeprop to share his experience to empower and inspire others 

A feature in the coveted PropNex Icons Magazine is certainly an iconic feat for any realtor. Andy was featured in the magazine for as among the 2016 Champion Star Performers.

Andy was part of the Champion Star Performers as he was the Top Landed Property Transactor for the year. Andy attributes this achievement to the winning formula in ACD, which includes guidance, teamwork, strategy and hard work. 

Andy's contributions to the real estate industry landed him an article on the widely read Chinese newspaper Lianhe Zaobao and the renowned property portal EdgeProp. The well-known newspaper featured an article of real estate agents doing well despite the competitive and dynamic environment, while the article on EdgeProp shared about a landed property being sold at a high price by Andy.

A sought after Landed Trainer in PropNex PNG

In recognition of his stellar performance in the Landed property segment, Andy was invited to be the trainer for the Landed Home Success program at the company level, where more than 15,000 agents have access to.

Andy swiftly accepted the offer, as he is always keen to share and help transform other like-minded realtors' business, whether Landed or other property segments.

With Andy being on the ground and transacting Landed properties frequently, he is able to pass on the current developments, trends and pitfalls to avoid for realtors in Landed segment.

As of now, he has trained over 2000 PropNexians over 8 years for the Landed Home Success program. With many more years to come, more PropNexians will be benefit from his open sharing and training.

A TRAINER WHO WALKS THE TALK

Live OJT training on the ground to demonstrate effective prospecting and closing strategies

Besides providing training in the classroom or online through Zoom, Andy conducts On-The-Job (OJT) training with his team.

The OJT programme for Landed property that Andy designed and developed enables realtors to learn first hand and on the ground, the essential skills needed for the Landed property segment.

Besides mastering the skillsets, ACD members will learn how to identify potential hotspots for door knocking and how to convert the hot leads.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER AT PROPNEX ANNUAL LANDED EXHIBITIONS

Sharing market direction and latest insights to the public who are looking to grow their wealth

PropNex hosts an exhibition on Landed property annually. The exhibition includes a variety of Landed houses for sale and a series of sharing sessions on various aspects of Landed properties.

Andy has been invited to be one of the keynote speakers during this exhibition, where he shared in depth on the Landed property market in Singapore.

The inaugural session was held in Toa Payoh, where Andy was a key speaker sharing on Landed properties to potential clients. In the latest edition held at Furama Hotel, Andy shared his insights and the latest trends in the Landed segment.

TRANSFORMING LIVES AS A SENIOR BOOTCAMP FACILITATOR AND TRAINER

Shaping mindsets through the unlearn and relearn method

PropNex PNG organises bootcamps for new and experienced PropNexians to develop soft skills and skillsets.

Andy volunteers as a Sales Mastery Facilitator, where he coaches and guides fellow PropNexians on enhancing their sales skillsets and mindset. In addition, he is Moderator for the Bootcamp Trainers, where he guides and trains them.

Being a Facilitator for 7 years, he has coached more than 4000 PropNexians to transform their inner power to ascend in their business and life.

KEY SPEAKER FOR RES OPEN HOUSE ORGANISED BY CIJAY TEW ADVISORY

The inaugural Real Estate Salesperson Open House by Cijay Tew Advisory was held at the PropNex headquarters on Monday, 21st August 2023. Andy Cheng was invited as one of the key speakers to share more about real estate as a career and business.

GETTING UPCLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH ANDY

Treasuring time with loved ones

Providing and spending time with his loved ones form Andy’s motivation. Andy and his lovely wife lead a humble and homely life with much affection directed to their young son and their pet dog. The couple often bring their bubbly son and the Corgi breed parks for leisurely strolls. 

During his "me" time, Andy who is an avid angler, will patiently wait to catch his prize. Besides fishing in Singapore, Andy organises fishing trips overseas, where the waters offer different types of adventure and challenges.

While waiting for his fishing rod to buzz, Andy enjoys the tranquility of the natural surroundings. Besides being a hobby, fishing provides an avenue for Andy to relax and unwind.
